Today woke with a little headache, I am not one who runs to painkillers when I have something,some things are just brain over matter, When I am in pain, usually what I will do, is to concentrate my brain on something else and try not to think of the pain,most of the time I don't even noticed if the pain is still there,tried it this morning,it worked out pretty good........oh well let me stop writing..........

For now i just want to acquaint myself, I was never into blogging, so I figured that I must start one day,and I guess the time is now, really don't have any idea what to blog about, except that I am a firm believer in Peace,I see some things differently than others,I always try hard to avoid confrontation and resolve any misunderstanding with the best possible passionate manners,I think if everyone would take the time to consider the person they have a problem with as themselves,it might help to quell the tension, respect is essential, so next time you have a problem with someone, before you launch any profanity to escalate the situation, sit back, take a deep breathe and smile...............
